Down payment terms of use
1. The down-payment amount is included in the total payment amount. The balance will be paid in full on the first day of the trip;
2. As stated in the price quote, the down-payment is non-refundable (and this is how it appears in the accounting system).
Options if the tourist will cancel the reservation after paying a non-refundable down-payment (regardless of the reasons for the cancellation):
a. The possibility of booking the same trip in the future, at the same price, based on the existing down-payment;
b. The possibility of transferring the down-payment to another group of the tourist’s choice.
3. Another option would be to receive a refund from the travel insurance or flight interruption insurance, based on proof of payment.
